  • How many cleaning professionals will you send?

We normally send one cleaning professional but we may send two cleaning professionals as well. When we send two professionals, there will be a lead professional and they will take half the time to use up the man hours booked. Nevertheless, there's no change in cost because the man hours spent on the cleaning will still be the same.

  • What's included in your standard cleaning?

  • Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

All Errund cleaning professionals come equipped to a cleaning with at least the following supplies: all-purpose cleaner, anti-bacterial cleaner, glass cleaner, paper towels, rubber gloves, bucket, sponges, cleaning rags, toilet brush, duster, broom, mop, and vacuum.

If you choose to provide cleaning supplies, indicate so at the time of your booking and we will waive the cleaning supply fee ($5 for cleanings that are 5 hours or less and $10 for anything longer). If you change your mind, just let your cleaning professional know prior to the start of your cleaning. We recommend our cleaning professionals to bring their supplies to every cleaning, in case you change your mind or have insufficient supplies.

  • Is there a minimum hours that you require for the cleaning professional to come out?

Yes, indeed. We require that you book a minimum of 2.5 man hours. Even if you cleaning takes 1 man hour, we will charge for the 2.5 man hours.

  • Why do you need my credit card information?

Your credit card information is required to reserve a booking. Your credit card will be pre-authorized when you book an appointment, but you will not be charged until we have confirmed the cleaning is completed.

Please note that a credit card is required even if you have a coupon/voucher code. 

  • Can I pay by cash instead?

If for some reasons, you prefer to pay by cash, please call us to book an appointment at  608-886-9910.

  • How do you estimate the recommended number of hours for my cleaning booking?

Our recommended man hours of cleaning are based on the time 1 cleaning professional needs to clean a place like yours. We will only charge you the exact time the cleaning professionals take to clean your place, provided the actual time exceeds 2.5 man hours, our minimum charge.

  • What is your refund policy?

Errund does not offer a refund, but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

  • What is your cancellation & reschedule policy?

You will be able to cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment free of charge, by logging into your account.

To reschedule, log into your account, click on the "View details" button for the particular appointment, and click the "Reschedule" button.

To cancel, log into your account, click on the "View details" button for the particular appointment, and click the "Cancel cleaning" button.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, we will charge you 50% of the total booking fee. We will not be able to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment's time.

  • What happens if your cleaning professional breaks my stuff?

You may be eligible for reimbursement through our Property Protection Insurance.

  • When will I be charged?

You will be charged only after your cleaning has been provided. Final charge will be automatically billed to the credit card you have on file. Typically, the charge takes place within 24-72 hours from the completion of an appointment. But it may take up to 1 week to appear on your card's financial statement.

  • Can I book less time or more time than the recommended hours?

Yes, you can of course. If you book less time, however, we ask that you specify the three areas you want us to focus on cleaning because we might not be able to complete our standard cleaning in time. 

We strongly recommend that you book the recommended hours. If the cleaning professional used less time to clean than the recommended hours, we will only charge you for the time that our cleaning professional is at your place, with a minimum charge of 2.5 man hours.

  • What's "Temporary Surge Pricing"?

When there's more demand than supply, we may increase our rates temporarily to ensure that the supply of cleaning professionals can meet the demand. This is temporary and usually in place for a few days. The surge pricing will not affect recurring or existing appointments you have and only applies to new appointments being made.

In the months of July, August, and September, there may be certain days with surge pricing.
